Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms, though a bit dark and boxy, were well worth it. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was central and convenient, making it easy to explore the town. The dining experience, while not perfect, was good overall. The facilities offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and had a comfortable big bed that my husband couldn't stop talking about. However, the rooms had enough room for the bed and not much else, unlike the larger rooms my friends had with armchairs and couches. The service was wonderful and certainly accessible and engaging, especially the friendly and smiling reception staff who were extremely helpful about tours. The location was fantastic, close to all points of interest, and near most good restaurants and tapas bars. The dining experience was simple but consistent, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was fantastic, right at the end of Calle Larga, close to great restaurants in Jeréz, and perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere. The rooms, priced at 110€ in late November, could use some significant investment to match the level of comfort and features expected. While it was intriguing that the bathroom was larger than the rest of the bedroom, it felt a bit odd. The service, including organizing a sherry tour and providing tea & cake on a rainy day, was excellent and really made my stay memorable.
